E is for Exercise (A to Z Challenge)

Exercise is so important and the older I get the more I realize that. 

This post is going to be a little bit different because I'm posting off my Blogger App but I wouldn't have had that much to say about exercise other than you should do it! 

I'm not big on exercise, but I enjoy more activities than your standard gym exercises. I like salsa, yoga or horseback riding. Things that will keep my mind entertained and still allow me to somewhat social.
